INGREDIENTS

San Martin Tequila Blanco, 1.5 oz
Italicus Liqueur, .5 oz
Rosemary Habanero (Syrup), 1 oz
Lime juice, 1 oz
Tonic water, top to fill

Rosemary Habanero (Syrup)

Rosemary, 100 g
Habanero, 3 pieces
Sugar, 1kg
Water, 1lt
       

In a glass decorated with salt, habanero and orange serve all the ingredients over ice and top the glass with tonic water.

INSTRUCTIONS

Rosemary Habanero (Syrup) 

Boil water and rosemary, lower the flame and add the sugar and stir until dissolved, add the habaneros and let stand for 12 minutes, strain and bottle.
