A fiery and herbal balance of habanero heat, rosemary aroma, and citrus brightness.

Boil water and rosemary, lower the flame and add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add the habaneros and let stand for 12 minutes.

Strain and bottle.

In a glass decorated with salt, habanero and orange serve all the ingredients over ice and top the glass with tonic water.
