INGREDIENTS

San Martin Tequila Blanco, 1.5 oz
Islay Scotch, .05 oz
Lime juice, 1 oz
Papalo (Syrup), 1.75 oz

Papalo (Syrup)

Boiled Papalo, 100g
Sugar, 1kg
Water, 1lt
       

Add all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and serve in a previously chilled glass, decorate with a long twist of lemon.

INSTRUCTIONS  

Papalo (Syrup)  

Heat water to a boil, once hot add the sugar and stir until dissolved, wait until it reaches room temperature and blend with the papalo, strain through a coffee filter and bottle.
