INGREDIENTS
San Martin Tequila Cristalino, 2 oz
Fresh Pineapple Juice, 1.5 oz
Fresh Lime Juice, .75 oz
Honey or Agave Syrup , .5 oz
Slices Fresh Ginger, 3-5
Orange Peel
Garnish with an orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS
In a shaker, add ginger slices and gently muddle to release aroma.
Add San Martin Tequila Cristalino, pineapple juice, lime juice, and syrup.
Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds.
Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a large ice cube.
