INGREDIENTS
San Martin Tequila Añejo, 2 oz
Intelligentsia Cold Coffee, 1oz
Coffee Liqueur (or Sweetened Espresso), .5 oz
Agave Syrup .25 oz
WHY IT WORKS:
Añejo + coffee is underused compared to honey-old-fashioneds and plays beautifully with oak and caramel.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well with ice.
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass.
Garnish with 3 coffee beans or orange zest.
