INGREDIENTS
San Martin Tequila Blanco, 2 oz
Islay Scotch, .05 oz
Lime juice, .75 oz
Cucumber Slices, 3
Cilantro Leaves, 3
Pinch of Salt
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or cilantro sprig.
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle cucumber, cilantro, and salt in a shaker.
Add San Martin Tequila Blanco, fresh lime juice, agave syrup and salt; shake with ice, strain over fresh ice.
